EcoCleanse | Car Detailing Columbia Sc

I was recommended this business by a friend who said they did an excellent job cleaning her car. I was so excited. I was rescheduled from Monday to Wednesday, but it rained Wednesday and they guaranteed today, Thursday. Not only did they not show up, but I have had to reach out to them multiple times for confirmation of cancellation or confirmation that they would come. After texting multiple times all my texts turned green and the phone went directly to voicemail. I am so disappointed because everyone else left amazing reviews and I am truly sad because I wanted to have my car cleaned and it's clear they do a good job cleaning, but a poor job communicating. I find this incredibly unprofessional and am so frustrated and disappointed.
