Paid for full interior detail with supposed carpet shampoo. My husband booked this appointment and I'm so disappointed. He showed up with a leaf blower to "vacuum" the car. There's still dirt/debris around door jambs. Gas cap wasn't done. Windows and vents are dirty. There's still dirt in the seat cracks. I pointed these things out to him and he said pet hair removal was extra, he wiped a little with a brush and then just left. How are you cleaning the carpet if you're not removing dirt/hair?!? Absolute waste of $220!
