They have really good customer service. It wouldn't work out for me to drop my car off so they offered to pick it up. I have an expedition, and got the standard interior package. They considered it "extreme" so it was $340, and $372.75 with tax. They did a wonderful job with the spot clean, and it is much cleaner then when they picked it up but a lot was missed. None of the windows or mirrors were wiped down. They offered for me to swing by, and they would get the spots they missed but it seems to be more then just a couple of missed spots for swinging by.
