Did an ok job on the detail. Wheels were still pretty dirty and sun-roofs don't look like they got touched, but overall a decent job. It was very off-putting when my drop off time was 8:30am and I showed up at 8:37am and a guy comes out from the back and says, "you're 10 minutes late-my guy has been standing around for 10 minutes." Luckily the woman working at the front desk was friendly enough to make up for the rudeness of the guy trying to reprimand me for being 7 minutes late. Also got hit with a $50 charge for pet hair, and my wife has literally never had a dog/cat/fish in her car a day in her life so seems excessive. I wouldn't say don't go here, because again, a decent job was done, but if you want to be treated like a high paying customer don't expect to be treated very nicely.
