One star bc I couldn't leave zero. Texted said he would be there between 3-4. I said ok. Then texted it would be 4:30. Didn't show until ten after 5. Then proceeded to do a horrible job. Wheels still filthy. Corners of back of car still so dirty it looked as thought they hadn't been touched. Some sort of over spray on the back quarter panel of the car that feels rough. Still sunscreen on the door panel. Backside of side mirrors still filthy and bugs still in the front of the grill. Texted him to address the issues and see if he would come back to fix and he has ghosted me. Spent well over an hour cleaning the car that I had just paid to be cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
