Opti-Coat Detail & Tint Center

Had the opticoat ceramic pro+ installed by authorized dealer in Canada. Supposedly a 7+ year product on a brand new GMC Denali HD back in 2019/2020. Ceramic coating lasted maybe 2 years. Reached out about warranty claim with my original invoice of over 5000$ cad and my warranty card. Was essentially told that my vehicle was never registered and I am not able to make any warranty claims. Was redirected to a new dealer and told to "have a nice day". 1st Edit: I found my original invoice, here is a picture of my warranty card, and a copy of my paid invoice. But these guys still won't do anything for warranty claims. If you are considering a top quality protective product for your car with good customer service. Look elsewhere. 2nd Edit: Much of the blame is due to incompetence of previous installer. Once I found my original invoice and presented it on this review their service team reached out to me. I do wish this warranty issue could have been dealt with just my warranty card, tho apparently it was never registered by original installer. Their current Canadian installer has reached out to me and is working with me to fix my issue, only downside is their location is in Montreal Quebec while I am in Waterloo Ontario. But that's my problem. Service team has started to take the right steps for my warranty claim. I am not 100% satisfied due to the process this has been, but am glad it is being looked after.
