Perfection Auto Refinish

WARNING - Proceed with Caution! Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I was misled into believing that they could resolve my vehicle issue. After paying them over a thousand dollars, not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but I was also gaslighted when I raised concerns about the ongoing problems. Initially, Bryant presented himself as helpful and understanding, but once the transaction was complete, that demeanor completely changed. I informed him of the issue before driving the car off the lot. He advised me to purchase new tires--which I did--claiming that if the issue persisted, they would take care of it. That turned out to be a lie. When I followed up, he was dismissive, condescending, and refused to let me speak with the owner. I gave them multiple opportunities to make things right, but they chose not to. To make matters worse, someone with insight into the company informed me that there is a history of treating Black customers differently than white customers. I hoped that wasn't true, but based on how my situation unfolded, I can't help but feel taken advantage of and disrespected. This is simply my experience, but I caution anyone considering doing business with them--be careful. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy.
