The two young fellows came out on a Saturday, a bit late but they had called me to let me know. It was very hot & they tackled the job with much enthusiasm. I'll admit, my SUV was filthy dirty on the inside. When they finished I was pretty impressed. It was clean again. However, they did the top side of 4 floorboard Matt's but forgot to do the under side of three of them. They put the floor Matt's back on top of the fleshly shampoo carpet. I went to remove them to let the rug dry. That's when I saw they had not been cleaned on the bottom. I wasn't upset at that time, an oversight I figured. What's got me extremely disappointed is this service not calling me back after leaving several messages. Texted pictures of what was not cleaned & call numerous times. It's been a week and a day. Nothing back from them at all. I paid $150 for this service & because of the terrible condition the car was in I tipped the young men $50 dollars each. It's such a shame that whoever runs this service has no customer service skills. If you've been occupied with something important and a 2 minute call was out of the question then I wish you well. If you could, I'd still like a call from you regarding this issue. Grant Dowd
