Do Not use this Company - Look at the Video's & Picture!!!! My Coworker had just bought a new but used car that day and was leaving town for the Holiday's. She wanted to get her car detailed prior to leaving for the Holiday's. She called a couple placed and decided to use Hayes Detail for a full detail, unfortunately he was very unprofessional, rude, and not willing to hear items that needed additional attention once the job was done. Items that needed attention: 1. Wipe the rims on the car. a. The rims were not touched with a rag. 2. Wipe the water that was dripping from the dash and middle counsel. a. Mr. Hayes comment was "It's just condensation it'll dry" i. WOW! 3. Wipe the windows that have streaks. a. All the windows were streaked as his rags must have been dirty. b. Very hard to get all the steaks in a picture. 4. Wipe out the areas that were still dirty. a. The middle counsel, door pockets, and door panels. 5. Vacuum the car. a. The back half of the SUV wasn't vacuumed at all, and there was dirt in the front floor boards. 6. Suck up the excess water from the seats, floors, and floor mats. a. Mr. Hayes comment was "Just open the window and it'll dry". b. It's now 4 p.m. on December 23, 2020. i. The car will be sitting outside the front of her house through the night, and he wanted her to leave her windows down for days for everything to dry. 1. There was a lot of excess water. 7. ETC, ETC, & ETC - I'm not going on, as this is just frustrating. 8. His only comment was - Are you paying Cash or check? a. She paid him, without her knowing he left with her keys that she had left in the car. i. She called, called, called, and text, but no answer. ii. Another coworker said to call the cops, so she text him and said she was calling the cops if he didn't bring the keys to her. He did show with keys. I felt bad for my coworker as she was so upset about her keys missing, not knowing if she'll get them back, the detail job was horrific, and how she was going to get the car dried out. All I could do to help was wipe down the inside of the car to get the excess water off the areas, wiped the excess wax, wiped down the windows, and wiped down her wheels. I didn't have a vacuum to suck up the water. Another coworker said I should have taken pictures of all items before I fixed them, but I never thought of it because I was upset for her. My only thought was to try and fix what I can for her. Here are some pictures that were taken prior to fixing, and areas that I couldn't fix.
