Very disappointed with this car wash service. I have a monthly subscription with auto payments, but they charged me an extra $10, claiming my car was 'extra dirty' and needed a power wash. This was never mentioned when I signed up. On top of that, their brushes are already covered in mud, which defeats the purpose of a car wash. If there are extra charges for certain services, it should be communicated clearly upfront. Feels like a hidden fee and left a bad impression.
