"I washed a large vehicle here and while I did swipe my card twice, I did not use the Maximum amount of time to wash the vehicle. Unfortunately, the machine charged my card the max for both swipes. Rather than just post a negative review, I googled the car wash and called the number on listed and left a message describing my complaint. About 2.5 hrs later a person texted me, had looked up my transaction and agreed that I might have been overcharged and offered a reasonable solution. Fantastic!
