Brio Hand Carwash & Detail

I went on Monday, Dec 23rd for a mini detail and an engine cleaning. After tip, spent over $200. The quality of the vacuum was extremely poor. The more I looked at my car, the more spots I found that were not wiped down nor given a quality vacuum. I did not even snap pictures of the cup holders that still had sticky residue within them. On previous visits, I have brought my car in poorer condition and have gotten better results. And on those days, it was extremely busy. This visit was not the same and it was very slow being the AM before a holiday. I am extremely disappointed by the rush cleaning performed especially for the package I paid for. I called multiple times trying to speak with someone and got no answer. This establishment does have great car washing services. I am curious as to what went wrong this time and why I received such a poor cleaning job?
