The main reason I contacted and discussion with Taylor was about miledew/mold. Geraldo came to clean my carpet inside vehicle. I went to inspect and asked was there disinfected as discussed. He was clueless. I called Taylor to follow up with our text message discussion about cleaner/disinfected for mildew. The tech Geraldo said it was basic cleaning solution. Just spray and wipe. No disinfectant. As that discussion continued, Geraldo was a victim and told me it was his first job with them and didn't know or was told about mildew or disinfected. Taylor did start at $170 and said okay $150 for the confusion. I handed the money to the tech plus a $25tip. I asked to see his cleaners and saw no disinfectant started or mildew as Taylor proceeded to say it was. So we called him back and I told Gerald leave me half the money since he said he would try to return to spray disinfected. He said I can't do that. I said how do I know you will return? He said I have another job. I said just give me half I'm a federal officer I will not burn you or is that my character, I stand on my word. He got offended and thought I was threatening him and got in the car and took off. I called Taylor to make this right but he placed me on hold and I tried calling back . He was not willing to return or correct the issue. I have posted the conversation below. I will not recommend. This was poorly handled and what they say they provide was the total opposite and didn't make it right. Moral of the story, check all products, make sure it's what is stated and using. What Taylor stated in the text thread was none of that solution. It was basic multipurpose armor all carpet and vinyls cleaner. FYI- inside "detail" cleaning was vacuuming, wipe down, no steam or shampoo. It smells like the multipurpose spray but when placing my nose close to the spot where it got wet, it still smells.
