( I was on my phone),they checked on me, as I waited, the new manager apologized and said I had waited 30 min or more and didn't charge me for my test! Then I got a free exterior car wash. Win Win! I have been coming to this car wash for many years, its had ups & downs. But now this new management is on top of things!
