If I could give this place zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. This is the worst car wash experience that I have ever had. My girlfriend's brand new car that she worked so hard for got scratched up from this janky car wash. ALEX, the manager here is no help. He was no help to my girlfriend and seemed as if he did not care about the situation. He couldn't even prove that the rollers were clean. I showed my technician the pictures and stated that those scratches are from those rollers. It looks like we aren't the only ones that complained about the same issue. I will be expecting a follow up from a higher up manager on how to solve this issue since Alex is no help.
