iShine Car Wash & Detail Rosenberg

I went to iShine for the first time and canceling my previous membership with another wash due to price difference and a few people in my neighborhood speaking very highly of IShine. Well my first experience wasn't the greatest... my first time going in an employee scrubbed my car extremely rough with a brush that looked like it was meant for scrubbing floors. I immediately felt like there were going to be scratches on my car. When the scrubbers first started to spin it hit my side view mirror so hard I thought it had broken due to it making a loud snapping noise and being flipped up. When the high velocity dryers started I was expecting my car to be semi dry like blue wave. Unfortunately my car looked like it wasn't dried at all and was left with a lot of water/water stains. After all the rough scrubbing through the wash and the employee scrubbing the grills and rear of my car, there was still bird poop and dead bugs all over my windows and grill and not only with the blue tape to hold my rear wipers down but the end of it the tape was completely scrubbed/blown off. I also still had smudges all on the hood of my car that couldn't even be washed off. Then after parking my car near the vacuums I look over to my left and see a truck drive out of the wash with the rubber door seal completely torn out and I knew at the moment it was my last time going. And their prices are almost just as much as Blue wave for a $4 different but not for having the car "professionally" detailed where each package was costing around $45. I'd rather pay the $4 more know that my car will be okay and cleaned.
