RallyTime Detailing

We have a car that has been parked in our garage for the last 2 years while my son serves his mission. The vehicle had been in an accident before he left and we never took the time to clean everything out. We called Rallys a few weeks ago and described the condition of the vehicle. Rallys was polite and took the time to explain all the services and pricing details. We were confident we wouldn't face pressure to upgrade our service. Appointment came and Rallys was on time. The detailer took careful inspection of the vehicle and absolutely made sure we were educated on the services we were receiving and what we should expect. I appreciated the time he took to fully inspect the vehicle and ask us of there were any additional areas of concern we may have. Job was done within the appointment window and I was just super impressed with how efficient the process was. We literally just opened the garage and moved the car to our driveway while they got to work. We were able to inspect the vehicle half way through the process and I was thankful the tech pointed out the problem areas and show the difference when he used specific polishing and shining products on the interior dash. I was impressed. Car was in better shape when he was finished than it was when we purchased it 4 years ago. Thanks so much! Yall did a great job!
