Got ahold of Xpert to clean our Tacoma and the did a very poor job.. was in contact with Bryce and sent pics of the overspray on the windows and trash in the cup holders.. he told me they'd have someone come back out and it didn't happen... this went on for about 2 weeks and then got ahold of Bryce and said they refund me 20% of the cost I paid and still nothing.. haven't heard back and can't seem to get ahold of anyone.. very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a "Professional" detail.. left a good tip as well and still have not heard anything back from Ezra, or Bryce...
