Tagg-N-Go Car Wash

We bought a Blazer ev on 3-13-25, it is brand new yr 2025. It was 100% undamaged going into the wash on March 14th. I pulled to the vacuum after feeling a rigid bump pulling into the wash, once there I noticed a scuff on the driver's side front wheel. I called to inform what happened while driving away urging them to fix the wash. They asked me to return and fill out an incident report, which I did. I was not going to but was assured it was important. I returned within 10 minutes and filled out the report. The on site employees were great! However, their corporate customer care took 0 responsibility as they felt their machine could not have scratched the wheel. If they cannot follow the logic that a car going in undamaged and afterwards is, especially with a car 1 day off the lot, then I don't believe they will ever claim responsibility. I provided a picture from March 12 with 0 damage! Taggngo feel free to post the after pics your employees took for the incident report. Btw we were members for multiple years and cars.
