Extremely disappointed. At first glance it looked acceptable but as I drove home the more I saw and it wasn't good at all. I feel I paid $200 to have my carpet shampooed. I used Jerr in the past and they did satisfactory work but I will never use them again. The quality of work is horrible. I don't think they even attempted to clean my door panels, they looked exactly the same as they did when I dropped it off. My chrome steering wheel was actually dirtier when I picked it up. I could have definitely done a better job myself. If I could give zero stars I would. The chrome should shine like a diamond but falls way short.
