Ken was excellent!!!! I needed to get equipment fixed with a 3rd party warranty that would only approve certain locations. Griffs was the closest one still 150 miles away. Instead of Ken making me come down to make a quick buck he was able to expertly walk me through fixing the equipment on my own, of course after making sure I was comfortable to do so. He even gave me his personal cell to reach out if I needed anything else. Ken saved me money and a trip.
