The staff was kind, communicative, and engaging throughout the process. They took responsibility for a detail that had gone unresolved during a prior visit, addressed it without any pressure or upselling, and handled the repair in a professional and fair manner. While there may be other shops that offer lower pricing, the quality of service, clear communication, and warranty support here gave me confidence in the work performed. In hindsight, I might've done more price comparison before committing to extensive repairs -- but I never felt misled, and I left with peace of mind about the condition of my vehicle.
