This particular detailer went above and beyond for the care of my new car. Not only was transportation provided to-from but he also took the time to perform a stage 2 deep correction on the damaged paint from the dealer prior to ceramic application. We can talk all day about his superior detailing skills but what REALLY stood out was his reluctance to remain complacent. He found an issue - communicated directly with me and fixed it. Often you find businesses simply doing the job you asked and not telling you if other issues exist. I can tell you this gentleman is not satisfied with average. Mr. Grimm took the time to really go over the car and many of these items were fixed and/or remedied free of charge since his heart said "do the right thing." That means alot now adays as so many people cut corners to save a nickel. It is readily apparent Mr. Grimm carries the old school mantra of doing the VERY BEST job the first time to make his product the best he can be. Well done.
