Big's Mobile Detailing

I hired this detailing service because I had pitch on my car that I could not remove. They assured me that they would be able to the job. After working on my car for several hours, and paying $330, I noticed that not only was the pitch not removed from my car, but there were several big gauges of paint missing in three spots of my car. I called the Manager, who came out, looked at my car, and acknowledged that they had caused damage to my car. He called the owner and told me that the owner was willing to fix my damaged car paint, but to please be patient because we will be going through our insurance and that can take a few months. Not a problem. After not hearing back for three month, I called repeatedly for a year after after the initial service. No one returned my calls, and there was no office to go to. Finally after one year, I left a voicemail that I will contact the Better Business Bureau. That is when the owner finally called me back only to have a 45 minute useless conversation that resulted in him saying that they will not do anything to make it right, but, thanked me for my feedback and that it had been a great learning lesson for me and my company. Great customer service.
