First-time customer with the Noack team, and very happy with my interior & exterior detailing experience. Mike was very easy to reach, clear, and prompt in his communication via text. I was able to get a price estimate before the actual service date, which remained accurate by the end ($190 by credit card). He went above & beyond to fit me in on a Sunday & provide a ride within a local radius after I dropped off the car. Quality of the cleaning/detailing was excellent. I also appreciated how he sent over photos and update texts throughout the process. --- --- --- --- --- UPDATE: Returned to Team Noack for exterior & interior ceramic coating (System X Pro: 6-yr protection). The professionalism in their craft is reflected in the communication with you. The quality of their work simply speaks for itself in the photos and, best yet, when you see your new car glisten right in front of you. They worked tirelessly to make sure my detailing experience was seamless from start to finish, including the setting of clear expectations in the beginning and then exceeding them when the job was complete. All this at a fair competitive price. Many thanks for taking such good care of my car! I will definitely be returning for future detailing needs.
