Nice place but they need to explain in more detail their processes when changing oil. Never heard of anyone removing oil out of the dipstick. Most of the dirt and sludge is at the bottom of the oil pan. Don't believe this comes out when oil is removed via dipstick. Also they check off items on the inspection sheet that sometimes isn't done. For what you pay for an oil change it should be done right. I did call a few VW dealerships and the pricing is comparable but they all said they drain the oil. For what it worth. You asked.
