Cody Detail

Very poor experience with professionalism with the owner. My detail was originally scheduled and then canceled by him with short notice due to weather issues which I was understanding of. Then I was rescheduled and proceeded to touch base with him just an hour before I planned to drop my car off. He told me that he was out of state and supposedly "contacted all of my customers to let them know of the last minute trip," which did not happen with me. After the sudden second cancellation I expressed my frustrations with him and had to send two messages to even get a response. I asked for a refund if he was unable to provide the service by the date I needed it done, because I had a gift certificate I planned to use. He then sent a message to a mutual friend that he saw we had on Facebook to see if she could "talk some sense into me." At this point I did not want to argue with him and attempted again to message him and just get the detail scheduled. I never heard back from him. I had to have someone else contact him to schedule the detail in my place. The car is clean and he did well on the inside, however the exterior was supposed to be cleaned as well because the gift certificate included that, and that did not happen. He also tried to charge me and additional charge of up to $100 for pet hair that was nonexistent. Would not recommend this business and will definitely not be returning.
