I gave my Mom a gift certificate for her birthday to use to get her truck cleaned from Open Plains. She said they did an okay job cleaning the truck, but it wasn't great. I gave them $170 for the detail plus pet hair fee so she said they should have done a little better and not rushed through it. It did take awhile for her to use the certificate so not sure if that had something to do with the quality of work. I feel like for the cost it should be a fairly perfect job just not mediocre, but I do understand businesses get busy this time of year with everybody wanting to get their vehicle cleaned after the long winter. There are not many options so would give them another chance and maybe next time it would be a little more up to par. Thank you though for making the gift certificate process easy for me since I do not live locally.
