"ANOTHER AMAZING DETAIL JOB BY ALEXANDER'S DETAIL Mike has been my go-to for detail. This time I was shipping an old-okd car, 2006 Corolla. I drove it, then passed it to my daughter. Get the visual? Anyway, going through a government contractor for shipping overseas...so customs, ag, all those fun agencies - and they are picky about cleanliness. As always, Mike got the car in inspectable shape. The engine compartment was flawless.. even the healights- so clear! On a 2006 AZ car. Needless to say, the car passed and I highly recommend Alexander Detail to everyone. The process consisted of a quick consult, in which Brandon was incredibly attentive and understanding of some concerns I had. "Just got my 2025 GMC Sierra done and I am blown away!! First Tiger came out and took a bunch of before pictures while explaining the process and going over any concerns that I had. He then went over my truck with a paint thickness gauge double checking any spots that the manufacturer could have missed prior to buffing and polishing the vehicle. I had some minor rock chips and I provided a paint pen and they were able to touch them up for me prior to the ceramic coating being applied. He then stayed in touch with me through the process. When I picked my truck up, I couldn't believe it! The attention to detail was phenomenal! They then went over the process on how to maintain the longevity of the ceramic coating going into extreme detail from materials to get and proper washing techniques. Overall I can't thank them enough from start to finish!! I've never been more happy in my life with dealing with a company! From start to finish the customer service and product was unbelievable!!
