"Incredible customer experience. Silvia is the top of the top. She knows exactly how to make sure you are taking care of from Westside, your insurance company and rental car. Once I got Silvia on the email chain with my insurance the whole process became simple and easy. She knows the process inside and out and will take the time to walk you through the steps. (No matter how many questions.. Sorry bout that) The work/repair done is unmatched for around here.(couldn't even tell the car was damaged and worked on) the paint, the finish and the underlay is crazy good. The shop works with your insurance company and makes it streamline, so you are not having to be the middle person. I told my insurance company I will always use Westside in Bentonville cause they make this process simple, easy, work hard to make sure you understand everything and keeps you updated weekly on status. The warranty on the work that is done is just another great reminder of the quality and professionalism Westside has. "If your in the market for Paint Protection File PPF, or top notch ceramic coating contact the folks at High and Wide in Bentonville. They do some of the best work in NWA. I asked for a specific application and they hand cut and applied this black PPF detail to the hood and covered all the red and black facia pieces. I can not find one single flaw. Great Work...."

"From the very start Louis was awesome. Very patient asking the questions I had. That started the ball rolling. This is a investment for your vehicle so he helped me to understand why the need to do it but also the warranty that comes. Besides doing the protective coating they do tinting as well. Cesar is amazing. Very good customer service, as they had to order the tint I was requesting. That appointment to comeback and have that done has been set. Very easy to work with. They recently moved into a bigger place and have beautiful projects etc they are working on. They even were installing a bed liner on pick up truck.
