"Super great job on the exterior and on the inside. The little nooks and crannies are pristine again. Like the rim of the cupholders, the plastic lining thing if the ebrake, and the doors and dash are all nice and shiny. I got the wetted up package and its a good service. I asked them if they could just vacuum the trunk even though I hadnt specified I wanted that cleaned when we made the appointment and they werent snarky or hesitant to not do it at all so I appreciated that a lot. "I've always thought I could improve on the car wash process by taking out the chain driven conveyor belt and replacing it with a person driving the car through the line. I've never run a cost analysis but based on loads of poor reviews for Autopia, it's clear something should be done to shake up the system. I think the prices are far too high here but I do like the option for an offline hand wash and I'm willing to pay extra to keep the wrap on my truck from getting damaged. I don't come here all that often and when I do, they don't seem nearly as busy as in years past. Maybe people don't like the high price for a car wash.
