We booked a day and a timeframe. The day of service he checked in a few hours before to narrow it down. When he arrived with Carlos we did a walk around of my car and I was able to point out the few specifics I was hoping to have taken care of. Once they were done with my service we did another walk around and he had taken care of all of the things I had pointed out. During the walk around I pointed out some scratches that I hadn't mentioned earlier because I didn't think anything could be done. Carlos fixed them too!!! Kemeny and his partner came around 2pm and didn't leave until nearly 10pm and never once complained.
