"Usually I'm only motivated to leave a review when it's something negative so save others from the horrible experience but this time it's the opposite. I'm so happy with my experience at Palace Detailing I feel it a must to share. I haven't washed my car in months since I've gotten it repainted, been meaning to do it but never had the time. To the point, I went in for a full detail. They said it was going to take a little bit of time since they were going to wax and polish my car which worked out great for me anyways. I left to do my errands in downtown, came back and my car was like new. The polishing took put the orange peel look from my car being repainted so now it's smooth and shiny. Here's the kicker, they validated my parking so I practically was down in Downtown, didn't have to look for parking nor pay for parking plus I got my car washed while I handled some work. So it's a win win and one more win kind of situation! Thanks for the phenomenal work guys! I'll be back!"

"I was looking for someone in my area to help restore an older car that I'm handing off to my Daughter, and after reading through numerous reviews online, I decided to contact Adrian and some others. Out of everyone that I reached out to, Adrian was not only the first to respond, but he immediately came across as very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He answered every question in a 'Detailed AF' manner and kept a very positive open line of communication with me throughout the entire process, leading up to the service. Upon meeting Adrian, I could tell that he's not only a man of his word, but that he's passionate about his craft and believes in customer satisfaction. People give off energy when you interact with them, and Adrian's vibe leaves you feeling like you've made the right choice and you're doing business with someone who is genuine and trustworthy. As far as the work is concerned, Adrian removed a ton of overspray that was caked onto my car and brought back its luster! The car literally had an eggshell tone to it before he brought back majority of the original super white paint job! He also buffed out my headlights and removed all of the cloudiness, then ceramic coated it to ensure that the results last. The interior was carefully looked after and my car flooring, cloth seats, and mats look as good as new again! Adrian even cleaned under the hood and got my engine bay to closely resemble what it did when it came off of the lot! Lastly, Adrian offered me some good care tips and made sure that I knew about the line of products he carries to sustain my vehicle's appearance. "I did some research on detailing places that specifically took pride in their work. I was also specifically looking for someone to do a proper strip wash and paint correction process on it with a dual action polisher to get the swirls out. Angel was the tech who worked on my car and he was very detail oriented. They were up front about how long it would take, their process, etc. The car came out fantastic. Inside and out it was cleaned very thoroughly. No more swirls! No road grime! No brake dust on the wheels! Just good clean paint and a really nice deep polish on it. Used a light bar on it to confirm the great polish application. Angel is a really great guy and the team at Genesis Detailing did a great job. The price seems fair for the work done as well. Intend on leveraging their services a few times a year to stay on top of the car's looks. I look forward to dropping the car off in the future and more importantly, picking it up when it's spotless ;)."

"I've visited this car wash a few times over the years. I live the fact it's 100 % hand wash and I would come more often if they had extended hours. They close at 3 PM daily and closed on Sundays, which isn't convenient for most people who finish work after 5 PM. It's rare to find time for a 30-minute wash before their early closing time. They offer some perks. If you wash your car a certain number of times, you'll earn a free wash of the same type. Paying in cash you get a free bottle of water. They've an open seating area where you can rest, wait, and watch your car being cleaned at the final station. The shop onsite offers snacks, beverages, car accessories, and more. They also provide change if needed for tipping. Tips are placed in a communal jar and I assume it gets divided among the staff at the end of each day. Overall, it's a great car wash with thoughtful touches for customers, but extended hours would make it even better."

"I had the deluxe auto detail with them for my SUV. I just purchased this vehicle post deployment. I noticed quite a bit of nasty stuff wedged between the buttons on the center console among other things. They did an AMAZING job with this vehicle. The interior looks like NEW-like I just drove it off the lot brand new. I generally keep my car clean so this will provide a great starting point. I definitely recommend working with Pacific Coast Auto detail for your detailing needs. They also offer other great services which I have not yet taken advantage of but do plan on taking advantage of in the future. The staff is awesome, understanding, professional and friendly.
