Not only do they come to you, but they were were extremely detailed, efficient, and professional. We have not had an auto detailing service for over 3-4 years. "I am so amazed by beachside detail! I saw their truck detailing a car in corona Del Mar and looked them up to review their prices and services. They seemed reasonable, so I sent a request for appt. Within 2 hours, Christian texted me back that they could come the next day. They were SO easy to coordinate with, professional, fast and affordable. Steve and his colleague (apologies I forgot his name) did a mini detail on my 9 year old Hyundai (dog hair, dust, all of it, so embarrassed) within 1.5 hours and made the inside look flawless. They didn't try to upsell me but gave me info on what else I could get if I wanted certain imperfections out. Then they texted me the invoice, I paid through Apple Pay, and it was done so easily. "I first had my interior deep cleaned by luke and it had dirt and dust everywhere, took it to him for a clean, 3 hours later came back and it was looking/smelling like it was brand new off the lot. Couple months later i got some gnarly scratches on the truck so i hit him up for a paint correct and ceramic coat, after he finished and saw his work in person it was like thanos used the damn infinity stones to snap me a brand new truck. "Yes, this is a real review from a real person. I have family within an hour drive of NXT Level, but I actually drove from Fresno to have my new AT4 corrected and coated. There really aren't many detailers or shops in Fresno that specialize in coatings or wraps, so I found NXT Level after looking up reviews on Yelp and Google. I came across some of the work that Jace and Tony do and I instantly knew this was the shop to bring my truck. I got hooked up with Ricardo as a consultant and he walked me thru all the services and products that NXL Level offers. I kind of knew what I was interested in, but after getting some education on the different products I decided on a paint correction and CS2-Titanium coating. I also got my windows and wheels coated as well. The pictures I think reflect how good the paint can look, but you can't tell how amazing the paint feels! It's silky and slippery, better than new! I can't wait to wash this truck after the two week cure! The competence is obviously there from the team, but I gotta call out the great service I received as well. I got a call from Jace and said his technician found a rock chip (that I missed) and he actually offered to go to the local GM shop, give my VIN, and pick up a pain pen to fix the chip!! No charge. Talk about a keen eye and also great service! I consider myself an enthusiast at best, and I had a lot of questions about maintaining, product application, etc and between Ricardo, Jace, and Tony; all my questions were answered. I know a lot of the pictures online and work that's done at the shop is on high end super cars, but I don't feel like the team treated my GMC any different or get any less the same service as the million dollar Bugattis, McLarens, and Koenigseggs that come thru NXT Level. "Edwin, the owner of S&J Auto Detailing, and his assistant did a wonderful job on our vehicle. We had it shipped from North Carolina and upon receipt of the vehicle here in CA., many paint scratches were found all along the right passenger side of the body. We put out a bid for it to be repaired and detailed, and Edwin came up with the best offer by far. He even came out in person a few days before and evaluated the damage to ensure his estimate was accurate, and the scratches were repairable. Edwin took multiple photos and videos and further provided a professional offer via PDF (which we also submitted to the insurance company). S&J Auto Detailing is a newer auto detailing company, however, they have a lot of experience and are highly skilled. They know what they are doing, and have all the required power equipment needed to ensure the job is done in a thoroughly professional manner. They use safe and effective chemicals, they are knowledgeable in regard to all areas of vehicle detailing, and they work fast and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the end result.
