Brought in a severely neglected 2016 GL63 AMG with a white interior and's paint that looked like Freddy Krueger has his way with it AND a 1994 Toyota 4Runner (with horrible swirl marks) in need of some paint recon and ceramic coating. "I got a new car and was looking into getting it tinted in preparation for the harsh Sacramento summer heat. I called the place as I had couple of questions regarding my vehicles and a quote. After the call, I decided to make the trip. I'd showed up to this place unexpectedly and without a appointment. The owner, T, was very accommodating and was able to fit my car in his already tight schedule which I appreciates a lot. He looked at my car and gave me suggestions on what he can do to make my car more heat resistant. The added privacy was a bonus for me. I have a Mazda 3 2025 Sedan and decided to go for the S9 Ceramic tint on all my windows beside the windshield. He even gave me a small discount which really helped me out. The installation went smoothly and it came out looking really clean and slick. Before I left, T told me what not to do after having my windows tinted and even offered advice on how to install my rear dash cam on the newly tinted windows. "Mike and his team are a force of talent, experience, and customer service! Being a small business owner, I know that prices and the level of service could differ greatly between companies that offer the same services especially when I needed tint for my Tesla Model X that has a windshield sized at 31 square feet! Not a lot of their competition even know how to tint the Model X windshield! All in all, they delivered! My Model X looks great from the outside and feels SO great on the inside after they installed Xpel Prime Plus tint all around. The special part of this company and its owner is that they genuinely care for people. I witnessed Mike overhearing somebody having a really bad day across the street (Not Mike's Client). Mike walked over to investigate and next thing you know, that somebody was smiling and in a better mood. Erik provided an overnight service where I could drop off the vehicle overnight and be ready by the next morning. Shop doesn't open until 9 but he was willing to arrive as early 7.
