"Chris came to repair some flawed factory paint on our 2016 Acura MDX. He fixed this by doing excellent paint prep and using a white undercoat, some pearlescent clear, then a few coats of clear coat. "I have a monthly membership here and if not for the free microfiber towels, 2 minute distance, and tire dressing, this place may not be worth it. It's outdated and the wash isn't all that great because compared to other locations, I find myself drying a lot more. The air dryers aren't really doing their job. It could be the set up needs some adjusting, but I still do have to spend more time on the outside. The crew is professional and pretty responsive to your requests...which leads me to my next rating deduction. If my membership includes tire dressing, why do I have to pause working on my car to go find someone to request that dressing!? It's a pain, especially when someone is not available. I've left a few times without that tire dressing. It's annoying because I that was a perk that led me to purchase that membership. But overall for me, distance, extras, and a professional and responsive crew makes me keeping the membership worthwhile - for now!"
