He then took me over to my car and I was able to explain exactly what I needed, and he built the service order right there on his device, while we could both look at the car and talk about options in a meaningful way, he is very sharp. Backstory: I purchased a new van recently from a local dealership and it was covered with manufacturer paint defects; they removed some of them the day we purchased the van. But there were more imperfections we noticed once we brought it home. I had to take the car back to the dealership a couple of times to remove certain imperfections I found with the naked eye.
