"It has been a great experience having Luan's Curbside Detail team help maintain my vehicles on a regular basis. Bringing in both vehicles in Oct 2024 for an assessment on initial care started off with their Silver Exterior Detail Package. Both of my 2001 and 2019 vehicles look and feel smooth as glass. Staying on a biweekly schedule for exterior washes has kept the road grime and brake dust build up from happening, and from causing deteriating effects. Once established, their communication for reminders and arrivals are great and helpful. Fog or light rain in the forecast, they've reached out to ensure I still want my scheduled service - which I do appreciate, and I still stay with the upkeep. Friendly team members make a difference, and the business helping out locals during the holiday seasons is a great thing to see. Money is tight and I am tired of going to sleep if there is supposed to be full service and finding my floors aren't vacuumed adequately or their spots on the windows. This place is the bomb. Especially since they come directly to you and you can sit in the comfort of your home while they make your car feel brand new again. They originally accidentally double booked me, so they offered a $50 discount for a different day that worked with my schedule, but turned out the person couldn't do it anymore so they called back to do it on the same day with the $50 discount still included. Great service, kind people, now I just need them to clean my husband's car."

"I am a stickler when it comes to automotive detailing and cleaning. I usually do not like people touching my cars as I am typically left unsatisfied. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Gerald. Communications : Gerald is extremely easy to get a hold of. I had so many questions regarding paint corrections, chemicals used and down time of vehicle. His promptness to answering my questions is what I like most. Honesty: He looked at my vehicle before hand to give me an estimate. He told me that I didn't need a few service like iron deposit, two stage cut and polish since the paint was in good condition but I opted for the service anyways. I love that he didn't try to plus sell. I hate it when I hear bs from detailers about little things that I should get. Timing: I usually don't care how long my car takes to get the services done as they aren't daily driven cars but Gerald understood the importance of timing and got my car back to me within the promised time frame. Price: I honestly care more about the quality of the detail vs how much it costs but Gerald is more than fair with the amount that he charges for his service. Trust me guys he's worth it and if you can't afford a certain service he can always provide you an alternative that I'm sure you will be happy with. "5 star customer service with 5 star quality work. Very professional with great Communication. He even sent before and after videos which were nice to see. There were 2 yr old upholstery stains that were hardened and he was able to remove them without any damage to the upholstery. It was worth every penny for the quality of work. "So thrilled with the results of my full detailing! I submitted a quote request and Eric reached out within ten minutes and set up a time for two days later. The day of the service, he was actually able to come almost an hour early. I explained the specific issues I wanted fixed and he offered suggestions (I appreciate not gate keeping the tricks so I can do touch ups in between services!). When the service was finished, I was quite literally jumping for joy. I bought the car used and never got to see it at its full potential, shiny, glossy, gorgeous; so this was a real treat."

"Eric is one of those people you want to be around. He is honest, energetic and just an overall good person. He is detail oriented (no pun intended here). You're not having your car washed, you're having it detailed and there is a world of difference between the two. Upwardly put on a ceramic coat a few years ago on my new car. After a wash and some paint correction (very normal with new cars) the result was night and day! He educated me on how I can maintain the coating and care for the paint and interior, including the products he uses and where to find them. Just recently I called him back to remove some scratches in the body as well as remove stains caused by a toddler in the back seat. The car looks like it came off the lot just yesterday. The paint is reflective and the interior looks immaculate. The thing about Eric, is that he does it all with a smile. He really does care about the service he provides and does everything he can to make sure it is the best it can be. I fully trust him in my home, with my car and think he is worth his fee. My advice is at the very least, reach out and have a conversation about what you need done. He'll be honest and transparent with you. His calendar is usually booked out a month or more in advance which speaks to his reputation. 5 stars, fully recommend!"
