After running diagnostic tests they identified my radiator had cracked. I drive an Infiniti FX 35. The car is 14 yrs old and in good condition. The front office staff, Beatrice and Rory, provided outstanding professional customers care. They shared information about where to dine and shop nearby, as I had to walk. The office was clean, stocked with books, and they provided me water. The technical automotive staff fixed my car within eight hours. This was amazing. Most repair shops could not come close to obtaining parts and completing repairs so efficiently. With complete confidence I drove my car back to San Jose. If I am in the Monterey area again, I will schedule time for them to service my car as prodigious customer and car care are hard to find."
