He then took me over to my car and I was able to explain exactly what I needed, and he built the service order right there on his device, while we could both look at the car and talk about options in a meaningful way, he is very sharp. He didn't try to upsell me on things, And as soon as he came by, I could tell his operation was extremely professional.
