"I drove up to Cleveland, OH for Thanksgiving with family and unfortunately had a bird poop on the hood of my Cadillac. I tried everything to get it off to no avail. I contacted E's Luxury Auto Detailing on their site. Erick reached out to me right away. I explained my dilemma and he asked for pics which I gladly sent to him. I explained that I wanted to make sure he could remove the stain, he said he would not charge me if he could not so I gave the go ahead. He arrived at my home earlier than the appointment time and went right to work. He removed the stain within 45 minutes, he had to wet sand the area, it came out beautifully. I told Eric I would recommend him to everyone, I would give him 6 stars, a great guy who does awesome work!"

"I just bought a new (to me) Jeep Wrangler and was itching to have the windows tinted. I was referred to Luech Kustoms by a few friends of mine so I called to check pricing. By stroke of luck, he was able to work me in on the same day! That was wonderful. He actually tinted my windows while I waited. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. We chatted about Jeeps while he was working. I went with the higher-grade tints and they look fantastic. They are a near-perfect match to my factory rear window tint. He also gave me guidelines about how long the tint takes to 'heal' and how to properly clean them. Overall, I would definitely recommend to have your tints done there!"
