"I drove up to Cleveland, OH for Thanksgiving with family and unfortunately had a bird poop on the hood of my Cadillac. I tried everything to get it off to no avail. I contacted E's Luxury Auto Detailing on their site. Erick reached out to me right away. I explained my dilemma and he asked for pics which I gladly sent to him. I explained that I wanted to make sure he could remove the stain, he said he would not charge me if he could not so I gave the go ahead. He arrived at my home earlier than the appointment time and went right to work. He removed the stain within 45 minutes, he had to wet sand the area, it came out beautifully. The service lasted about 2 hours (exterior wash + interior maintenance). I could not be happier with how my car turned out! It looks nicer than the day I bought it from the dealer.
