"I gave Jackson a call and he left me a text that he would get back to me which he did. I explained what I needed and we made the appointment. I had a concern about the bugs on my car. So I called Jackson back and he accommodated me with the appointment. He does come about 15 minutes early to set up and will text you that he has arrived. He explains in detail what he will do in the detailing of the car. Hardworking and does the job very carefully even under the heat of the day. Once he is finished he will text you to come and check out the detailing he has done. If you find anything more needs a little touch up, he will do it. "Best wrap shop in Orlando! T is extremely professional, reliable and friendly. T is very attentive and detail oriented and will keep you updated on the processes of your services. Alot of shops nowadays are unprofessional and their communication is not the best, that would not be a problem here. I have dealt with a few other wrap shops since I have been here in Orlando and T's shop and the experiences that I've had with him have always been A1 and consistent. So I needed the guys over at Empire Auto Spa to match my tint and finish the job on the back two windows and windshield as well... They did a fantastic job in less than 2hrs...
