"Ran into this place by luck today. My vehicle needed a wash really bad. The check in process was easy, the staff answered my questions about some tough dirty spots on my car and put me at ease that they would be able to get it out. The waiting area is nice, they have some snacks and drinks along with some car accessories for sale. The massage chairs were a big plus. They also have restrooms inside. Overall great experience. :)"

"I would like to take a minute and say the other day I was down by the crunch gym on E. Colonial Dr. and I have ran into this guy with this Lotus Detailing truck save the owner. I was like hey bro what's up? He was very kind, courteous, and polite. I even asked him for a business card. Kindly gave me one called him later on that evening and booked the appointment for Friday morning. No hassle didn't take my money upfront. He came to my house at 7 o'clock Friday morning. I was asleep. He had waited on me. I came out. Move the car up and unlocked it. He did a fantastic job clean the inside and out Smell really fresh it was no hassle. He was polite gave him the keys and came inside when I looked on my camera to see how the job was. I just couldn't believe what a fantastic job he did. "Ryan is a professional and a very good communicator. Set an appointment more than a week in advance because he was on vacation and he said he would confirm the day before the appointment and he did exactly that. He comes to you fully stocked and even has his own water so he doesn't have to hook up to your hose, even though I would not have minded that. My wife's Acura is a 2019 and he made it look better than I thought it could look. When my car comes out of the shop I'm going to have him do that and when my daughter visits again I'm going to have him do that car."
