After speaking with them multiple times he came up with two viable options of what would be best for my vehicle. AJ reviewed both options with me and understood what my intentions were for the vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up it looked even better than I expected. After that he followed up with what he could offer as far as just washing the vehicle when I was unable too. And if I was able to wash it at home he gave me insight on what products he recommended and what products I was using that he wouldn't recommend. A week after he followed up again to make sure I was still happy with the original service. If your thinking about going anywhere else don't Detail City listened to my intentions on the vehicle, gave me two options, and proceeded to still beat my expectations."

"Jeff kept me in the loop of when he would arrive, which was on time. The headlights looked fantastic from where it started. He also did an extra favor and helped with some seat covers that I had a hard time placing on the seats correctly myself. I did pay him for that too. He didn't have to do the seat covers, but did. After hearing great things (word of mouth), I decided to give them a shot, especially since my car was in rough shape. When I picked it up, I was blown away! "Normally come to Delta Sonic for my routine oil change and the service I received today was simply outstanding. Brandon recommended I get some additional things done to help keep my car running smooth and explained in an easy and clear way (for this lady who knows nothing about cars) why such service was necessary. There was absolutely no pressure. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and concerns and was patient and kind. The oil change got me a free car wash too which I have 10 days to redeem (it was raining so not an ideal time) and after I get the car washed, he said I can get it washed again within 5 days of that first wash...so essentially, I'm getting two car washes out of this service. Also just wanted to note that the little vinyl sticker they put on my windshield to remind me when I need to come back is simply genius."

On his initial call to set it up, there was some confusion on the Groupon. After speaking to whom I believe was the owner, the business had new owners since he purchased the Groupon. It was all resolved. Dropped my car off the night before so they could start on it first thing and let me just tell you my car looked and smelled like it was brand new. Amazing work. Enrico arrived at my house on time and had all the equipment needed to make my car look better than brand new. I requested a shampoo service for the tailgate, I could not believe how clean everything looked on completion.
