"The pit crew at Master tech is exactly that, they are reasonably priced, incredibly thorough, and replaced my cracked radiator within three business days of my initial contact with them. Which is crazy fast since two of those days would have been waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. They did NOT try to make any repairs without my explicitly signed pre-approval, they did NOT try to upsell me, they did NOT try to convince me to make other, emergency repairs before releasing my car. "Kenny did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of our Tesla Model Y. He tinted our two front windows and windshield, ceramic coated the entire car, and put paint protection film (ppf) on the front bumper and tesla supplied ppf on the back corners of the two rear doors. Kenny was also suppose to satin wrap the Tesla emblems but ran out of material so we came back a week later for that. He satin wrapped the Tesla emblems and washed the car again for free as a kind gesture. All the shops we called in the area quoted us for 2k or more, yet Kenny was able to do all of that for much (hundreds) less. Plugged In Customz is a great shop and the owner (Kenny) is flexible, knowledgeable, easy to work with, willing to discuss ideas and options to bring the customers vision to life, and most of all, fair priced. We cannot speak anymore glowingly of this shop, and we HIGHLY (emphasis on highly) recommend them."

"I would definately recommend Royalty Details for mobile car detailing services. The pricing is fair and the service was Very Good (not Great). David was responsive to my questions and assisted in scheduling my appointment for the next day. He informed me that he was on the way, and arrived and started on time. He was cordial and polite. The one issue I had (why I didn't give a 5 Star Rating) is that when he informed me that my car was completed; I noticed he didn't remove the tacky residue on the four door handles left from the decals/stickers I removed prior to his arrival. I removed the decals so the doors could be throughly cleaned. David stated he could remove the residue for an additional costs. I didn't like that he didn't ask if I wanted to pay an additional costs to have it removed. He simply ignored the black residue on my shiny white car as if it wasn't there; and only addressed it when I mentioned it. I paid the additional fee and he removed it all without a scratch in a matter of minutes. Who would want their entire car and trunk professionally detailed but not the car door handles??? Very strange!!! In the end, my car looked like it did when I purchased it three years ago. SEE IMAGES"
