He also gave the best price that I could find for this kind of work upfront and was willing to accommodate my schedule to get the work done asap. He asked the right questions when determining what kind of work needed to be done on the car and was a consummate professional when answering my questions or concerns about the process/timeline. He kept timely updates on the state of the work done despite only having it for 24 hours. I have an 2011 Subaru Tribeca and I always put a lot of stuff in it. I may go through the car wash and vacuum it myself, but I don't even want to do that anymore.
