He also gave the best price that I could find for this kind of work upfront and was willing to accommodate my schedule to get the work done asap. He asked the right questions when determining what kind of work needed to be done on the car and was a consummate professional when answering my questions or concerns about the process/timeline. He kept timely updates on the state of the work done despite only having it for 24 hours. As is always the case when buying a new car I spoke with at least half a dozen people throughout different stages of the process and Matt was easily one of the few people who actually acted like he wanted and appreciated my business. Their pricing is also incredibly affordable considering they are doing business near downtown Boston. The pricing is even lower than that in my previous town which was relatively a rural area. You will find the entrance throgh the garage next The Cheesecake Factory at C-Side. You will need to pay for the parking fees, which will be around 2 hours/$8 depending how long they took to clean your car. But even with the parking fees, the pricing is very reasonable. Appointment is not required but encouraged."
