"Look no further for your professional car detailing services! I bought a pre-owned vehicle which I thought just had a bad tint job, but after close inspection noticed it was covered with a really bad case of water spots. A hand wash would not remove them, and it all over the chrome trim, windows, and covered about 90% of the paint. The car was in great shape besides that, and I really wanted to make it look like new again. My first searches on google led me to a few local detailing places, and I regret to say I did not go to Prestige first. I took it to another "professional" detailing place, only for them to fail miserably to help my situation. That's when I found Prestige Detailing. Having been sorely disappointed with the previous company, I was skeptical that Prestige would be able to do anything different. Boy was I wrong! From the first interaction, I was blown away by their knowledge in expertise dealing with a situation like mine. I took it in and right from the start, Davis knew exactly what I was dealing with and already had several ideas to try and get my car looking like new again. He explained all the different methods, tools, and products he has used to treat varying degrees of waters spots. After trying a few options, he was able to find one that undoubtedly worked that I could see the results on a small section of the car. I felt like there was hope for my situation. They offered a few different options, and I ended up going with a stage 1 paint correction, level 1 exterior package, 1 year ceramic coting, and I had two of the windows re-tinted. Since I needed the paint correction, it was a good deal to get the ceramic coating as well. The shop was also really organized, clean, and the payment processing was very easy. After dropping off the car, I knew it was in good hands. When I got the car, I was ecstatic with the results! Davis was able to remove all the water spots, and made the car shine like new again. (maybe even better than new!) He even gave me a few tips to help maintain the car if I were to do anything myself. He did not hold back in sharing his knowledge in automotive detailing. He also offered a monthly hand washing service if I wanted to best preserve the ceramic coting. The location of the shop is also conveniently located right off of I-96 which made it that much easier. "They did excellent job on the interior cleaning and smells amazing. The carwash part made outer part of the car look like brand new after it had been not driven and sitting outside for over a year. It was able to get the moss off the edges by the windows. They have great equipment with a amazing cleaner that leaves your car clean with a nice shine. "Outstanding Service and Exceptional Attention to Detail! I recently brought my 2010 Nissan GTR to Dearborn Handwash for a complete paint protection package, and I can confidently say they went above and beyond in every way. With nearly 100,000 miles on the original paint, I wasn't sure how much could be done, but their team worked magic! They first started with a Stage 4 paint correction, which completely restored the paint--it's like my car is brand new again. They followed up with a ceramic coating that gave the finish a deep, mirror-like shine and added long-lasting protection. The paint protection film (PPF) installation was equally impressive, with seamless edges and perfect coverage to keep my car looking its best for years to come. Their customer service was just as exceptional. They were incredibly very very patient with me as I worked through all the options, taking the time to explain the benefits of each service and helping me choose what would be best for my GTR. On top of that, they went the extra mile by replacing some front bumper hardware, ensuring everything was perfectly secure. So basically this car and every vehicle which had Xpel PPF installed from there can travel the world and rest easy! "I found them searching through Facebook marketplace and glad I did! I decided to give them a try and Mike went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first detail so I wasn't sure what to expect. After having it detailed the same day someone scuffed my door with their side mirror and I was so upset but I decided to try and see if he could get it out for me. He gladly helped me remove the scuff even though he didn't have to and his job was already done prior. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and all of his help.
