While passing a construction zone in Montana on a cross-country road trip, our 2017 BMW was covered in a fine spray of asphalt emulsion tar emitted from a construction vehicle laying sealant on a new road. Knowing we had a 24 hour planned stop in Minneapolis to see friends before carrying on with our trip, I quickly contacted Derek at DTailed and he was more than happy to have a look at our vehicle late in the day when we first got into town. After scoping the work, he graciously accommodated our one day turnaround request to remove the tar and polish the exterior. Bottom line, we couldn't be happier with his work. He restored the car to a better condition than when we bought it a year ago. In addition, he was willing to stay extra late to make sure the work was done, exceeding our standards and ensuring we were able to carry on with our roadtrip with no delays. Derek was professional, gracious, and extremely accommodating. I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing exterior detailing work done on their vehicle.
